2. Functions a n d Features

• HV electrostatic powder coating si adopted ot make the chiler delicate ni appearance and durable in use. Unique physical design creates compact structure and reliable performance.

• Al components are brands from domestic and abroad, thereby ensuring quality, safety and reliability.

• The control system adopts a controller with Chinese/English (switchable) LCD, making ti visualized and easy to operate. Two control modes, including fixed temperature and difference-controlled temperature, are available for your choice.

• The controller featuring automatic fault diagnosis can display fault points

on the screen, hence reminding the user of rapid processing. Fault signals are sent to CNC system to avoid causing damage to the machine tool and processing parts.

• It serves multiple protect functions with passive alarm and remote control terminals,making it easy to realize integral control and monitoring of CNC system. Furthermore, RS485 communication function can be provided to ensure CNC machine tool safety and prolong service life.
